Once you are logged in, click "Enter Backflow Test Results"
|

Search For the Device
|
|
|
First search for the backflow assembly
Here I am searching by Serial Number and Address
Note: your screen may look different, enter the required information to find the record
Click "Find It" to start the search

Click the green arrow to open record
|
|
|
|
Once you find the correct serial number and address, click the green arrow to open the record
|

How To Enter a Passing Test
|

This is for a Passing Test Only!
Enter the test results
Be sure that the tester name is correct. If not, click the pulldown menu to select a different tester.
Confirm that the Test kit record is correct. If not, click the pulldown menu and select a different test kit.
Enter Test Date
When you are finished entering the test click Submit Test Results.
Note: You may have additional requirements; be sure to check all requirements before submitting the test.

How to Enter A Fail/Pass Test
|

|
First Enter the Failed Information
Be sure that the tester name is correct. If not, click the pulldown menu to select a different tester.
Confirm that the test kit record is correct. If not, click the pulldown menu and select a different test kit.
Click Submit Test Results to submit the test

Fail/Pass Tests : Enter Passing Information

Enter the passing test information
Click Submit Test when you are complete

How to Submit a Failed Test
|

|
If the test failed and it was not repaired or retested
Enter the test as a Failed Test
Enter Failed Test info
Be sure that the tester name is correct. If not, click the pulldown menu to select a different tester.
Confirm that the Test kit record is correct. If not, click the pulldown menu and select a different test kit.
Click Submit Failed Test
